Kale Chips


Take a few large curly kale leaves, cut out the hard middle stem and cut or rip the remaining green leaf into pieces 1-2inch.  Toss in olive oil and sprinkle with salt. 

Bake on a non stick tray at 175 degrees (gas mark 4) for 10-15 minutes or until crisp with the edges slightly brown.
