Kiwi Pavlova

Kiwi Pavlova


Mix eggs whites, salt and water.

Whip to stiff peaks, slowly add the sugar while whipping.

Then sift in the cornflour and add the vanilla and vinegar.

On a non-stick baking sheet, or waxed paper shape the mixture into a 9" round and 2" high disc.

Place in the oven, turn off the oven and leave for 6-8 hours.

Remove from the oven.

Decorate with cream and kiwifruit slices.


Serves 6-8

  • 3 Organic Egg Whites
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • 3 Tbsp Water
  • 1 cup Organic Caster Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp Cornflour
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1 Tsp White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 cups Organic Double Cream, whipped and sweetened
  • 3 Organic Kiwifruit, peeled and sliced


Preheat the oven to 190C/375F
