About your order and delivery

  • All cancellations / amendments to any orders must be made a minimum of 7 days before your next delivery or you will be charged (unless agreed otherwise).  This helps us to plan the produce we need to buy from our farmers and growers.
  • Non-delivery. With increased demand, your order may arrive slightly later in the day. Please email or call us if you have not received your delivery by 5pm, after you have checked your doorstep before contacting us about a non-delivery.
  • Safe place if you are not in. If you are not in, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have informed us about a safe, and dry, place. Once your veggie box has been left, we cannot accept responsibility for missing or stolen boxes.
  • Returning cardboard boxes and paper bags. Please leave any used boxes / bags for us to collect in a safe, dry place to make it easier for our drivers to find.
  • Delivery date. We shall confirm your delivery date as soon as your order has been processed by the email we hold on file for you.

How can I be sure that all your produce is genuinely organic?
By achieving organic status, we are inspected annually by the Soil Association and issued a registration number. As part of the annual inspection process, we provide evidence that our suppliers are certified to demonstrate that all produce is 100% certified organic producers. This means we are approved to use Soil Association logo to assure our customers that everything we supply is organically produced unless otherwise stated as 'in application'.  We are known as Phoenix Organics (t/a Skylark Organics).

Is there a delivery charge?
